REFUND POLICY (Razorpay Compliant)

HMKTRADECOM follows a transparent and fair refund policy as per Razorpay guidelines.

❌ No Refund Will Be Issued For:

  • Customer error in order placement
  • Minor color or design variation
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Order cancellation after confirmation

✅ Refund Will Be Processed If:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Major manufacturing defect found in bulk
  • Product damaged during transit (unboxing video/images required)

Refund Process:

  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 working days, depending on bank/payment gateway
