❌ No Refund Will Be Issued For:
- Customer error in order placement
- Minor color or design variation
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Order cancellation after confirmation
✅ Refund Will Be Processed If:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Major manufacturing defect found in bulk
- Product damaged during transit (unboxing video/images required)
Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund timeline: 7–10 working days, depending on bank/payment gateway
